| Tueth Keeney is a growing mid-size law firm seeking an associate level immigration attorney for its business immigration practice located at its Clayton office. Five years of experience is preferred. The associate attorney will prepare petitions for government agencies, review immigration applications and supporting documents prepared by paralegals, have frequent contact with clients, and will work closely with the firm’s senior immigration attorneys and paralegals to ensure that clients’ needs are met in a fast-paced environment. Our clients include large multinational corporations as well as small companies, universities, health care institutions and other entities that need assistance in this area. The position requires excellent writing skills, an ability to apply the immigration laws to the client’s particular situation, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing circumstances, including new immigration regulations. The immigration associate attorney will obtain a broad range of experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, have the ability to work independently, have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills. A client-focused attitude is a must. This position is a full-time position, although contract work will be considered.
