Trow & Rahal, located in Bethesda, MD, is seeking an experienced immigration attorney to: provide excellent client service by preparing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications (H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, PERM, EB-1, and EB-5); delegate to and review work of paralegals; continue to learn and apply the law to new and challenging cases; manage client accounts and client relationships; and generate new business. Candidates should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school in the United States; admittance to practice (in good standing), in one or more states, preferably in Maryland; 2-5 years of recent business immigration experience; a proven ability to manage client accounts, retain clients, and provide exceptional client service; experience supervising, training, and mentoring legal staff and coordinating legal work flow; demonstrated expertise in developing creative solutions for clients; and an interest and ability to develop business. Should be enthusiastic and have positive approach to learning and developing as an attorney.
