Prestigious immigration law firm is seeking a full-time and/or contract attorney with experience in the following areas:

• Work permits, including L-1, E-2, and E-1
• Green cards, including employment-based (PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing) and family-based cases (I-130, Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing, Removal of Conditions, and Fiance Visas)
• Naturalization/citizenship

Ideal candidate should have solid writing ability, case management skills, and be licensed to practice law in any state.

Primary duties include:

• Preparing diverse immigration applications, including employment-based and family-based immigration petitions;
• Facilitating the consolidation of documents and information from clients during the preparation process;
• Corresponding and maintaining regular communication with existing clients with regard to active cases; and 
• Corresponding with government agencies.
