Boutique immigration law firm is seeking an experienced business immigration paralegal for a part-time or full-time position, with flexible scheduling and remote work options available. Qualified candidates should have at least two years of experience in business and employment immigration. Experience with H-1B and PERM applications, as well as evidence-heavy filings such as O-1, L-1, E-2, EB-1, and NIW preferred. Duties include preparing petitions and applications, reviewing case documentation, substantial writing and legal research, drafting responses to requests for evidence for attorney review, and maintaining fully paperless file copies. Our paralegals also assist with client intake, confer with attorneys to develop case strategy, and offer client support, including updating and managing status reports with employer clients.

Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently under deadline pressure, and be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

• Exceptional client service and case management skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Dropbox/Google Drive
• Ability to learn and efficiently use new technology and systems, including firm’s database program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
