Duane Morris LLP is seeking skilled and energetic Paralegals to work in this very busy Corporate Immigration practice led by well-respected attorneys in the field.  The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years’ experience in the field, strong organizational skills, familiarity with LawLogix or like case management software, strong writing and communication skills, and attention to detail.  Much of the work involves PERMs (labor cert/ETA-9089), and also H-1Bs, L-1s and I-140s/I-485s, as well as Es, TNs and Os.  Must be able to work independently while knowing that supervision and guidance from attorneys is always available while processing a case from start to finish.
