Fisher Hudson Shallat is a boutique, premier outside counsel firm based in Boise, Idaho and serving clients all across the United States. Our diverse practice includes both complex litigation and transactional services.

We are seeking highly qualified candidates for either an Associate or Of Counsel position. Successful candidates will have 0-5 years experience in both litigation and transactions. We are willing to train recent law graduates with exceptional experience. Must be ambitious, curious, and team-oriented. Prior in-house or courtroom experience a plus. Annual compensation range: $85,000 - $140,000 depending upon experience and performance.

This is a hybrid role which will require work in the office when necessary. However, our work-remote policy allows employees to work outside the office the majority of their time if they prefer. Idaho bar license or ability to obtain a license within 6 months of employment required.
