								<description>Home Based, Colorado,  This position is for someone with experience in family immigration law, who would like the freedom to work when and where they choose.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 This position is a remote independent contractor position that pays $30/ hour.&#xa0; Additional bonuses and gifts are given at the discretion of the attorney.&#xa0; &#xa0; 
 You create your own schedule, though you will need to meet with the attorney via Zoom at agreed upon times every week to review files, etc.&#xa0; 
 This position will require approximately 20-30 hours per week.&#xa0; If more hours are desired by you, this can most likely be arranged after consistent results are shown.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Strong attention to detail and a perfectionist spirt are needed to excel in this position. The attorney has very little patience for typographical errors and other mistakes.&#xa0;&#xa0; Must have at least one full year experience with family immigration law, including USCIS forms (I-130, I-485, I-485A, I864, I-864A, I765, I131) and NVC/ CEAC (DS-160, DS-260).&#xa0; Must be very detail oriented and precise with documents.&#xa0; Must have experience with Adobe Acrobat to manipulate PDF files in the following ways (Edit, Prepare, Organize).&#xa0; &#xa0; Additional bonuses and gifts are given at the discretion of the attorney.&#xa0; &#xa0;</description>

								<description>Lincoln, Nebraska,  The College of Law is hiring a lecturer to join the Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research faculty for the 2021-2022 academic year. LAWR is a 6-credit course that extends the entire academic year. Lecturers teach at the Law College one hour a week, attend a weekly one-hour virtual team meeting, regularly meet with individual students throughout the year, provide students with formal and informal feedback weekly, and grade seven legal analysis assignments. 
 Legal Analysis, Writing and Research Course Description  The emphasis of this course is on the development of legal research and writing skills; writing is the lawyer&#8217;s most commonly used skill, and effective writing rests on effective research. Communicating like a lawyer, however, means not only communicating professionally but also conducting oneself ethically. In addition to providing sustained and intensive instruction on legal research and writing, this course introduces students to many facets of professionalism and to the skills necessary to make ethical and professional choices.
