Mehlman Jacobs, LLP is a rapidly growing employment-based immigration law firm. We have multiple Immigration Associate positions available based in Houston, Texas or San Diego, California. Primary responsibilities will include: Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in all aspects of U.S. employment-based immigration Maintain accuracy to high volume, rapid turnover caseload Review case documents and immigration petitions for filing with the appropriate government agency Direct and review the work of paralegals and other support staff Responsible for: nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, TN, O-1) and permanent residency processing (PERM labor certification, PERM exempt I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status)
