O'Neil & Hauser, P.C., a Boston based immigration law firm, has an opening for a full-time Associate Attorney in our office in Charlestown.

Qualified job candidates must have:

• JD degree
• Bar Admission and Member in good standing
• 1-2 years of solid full-time business immigration experience – preparing and securing approvals of H1B’s and PERM’s and other non-immigrant visa applications.  
• -ability to interface with sophisticated clients and business leaders

          -ability to comply with deadlines

         - stay current on business immigration law developments

          -collaborate with a team of paralegals and attorneys

Salary commensurate with experience.
