Our legal team is seeking to welcome an Immigration Attorney with experience in Immigration Law with specializing in Legal Writing.

SALARY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN.

Responsibilities of Immigration Attorney:

• Legal research and writing before the BIA, Court of Appeals and EOIR
• Represent clients before an Immigration Judge and USCIS
• Preparing court submissions for Master and Individual Hearings
• Respond to issued Request for Evidence
• Work with our CEO and Senior Associate Attorney to meet all internal and external deadlines
• Contact clients and keep them informed and updated on their case status
• Review legal documents.
• Perform legal research and case memorandums

• Represent individuals at their Adjustment of Status, Stokes, and I-751 interviews
• Analyze and prepare case submissions such as U-Visas, T-Visas, Adjustment of Status, VAWA Petitions, Alien relative Petitions
• Meeting all internal / external deadlines set by set by USCIS and Immigration Court
• Review and supervise weekly/monthly paralegal task assignment
